Article 1 (Purpose and Definitions)

The purpose of these Terms is to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the tax & accounting office Haeon (hereinafter referred to as the "Office") and its members regarding the use of the online internet services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services," which means all "Services" provided by the "Office" that can be accessed regardless of the type of wired or wireless terminal) provided by the Office when users become members and use them.

User: A user refers to a member or non-member who accesses the Office's website and uses the services provided by the Office in accordance with these Terms.

Member: A member refers to a person who has agreed to these Terms, provided personal information to the Office, and completed the membership registration process. Members continuously receive information from the Office's website and can continuously use the services provided on the website.

Non-member: A non-member refers to a person who uses the services provided by the Office without becoming a member.

Article 2 (Disclosure, Effectiveness, and Amendment of the Terms)

The Office may amend these Terms to the extent that they do not violate relevant laws, such as the Act on the Development of Online Digital Content Industries, the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, and the Framework Act on Consumers.

If the Office amends the Terms, the amended Terms shall become effective from the time of public notice, and users shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms by continuing to use the Services after the amendment.

Chapter 2 Membership Registration and Management

Article 3 (Membership Registration)

Users shall apply for membership by entering their membership information in the prescribed form and expressing their intention to agree to these Terms and other regulations.

The membership registration contract shall become effective when the Office's acceptance reaches the member.

If any of the information provided during the membership registration process changes, the member shall update the information online or notify the Office of the changes via email or other means.

The Office shall not be responsible for any disadvantages arising from the member's failure to notify the Office of the changes as per Paragraph 3.

Membership registration must be done with the user's true information, and the Office may verify the information provided by the member. Members shall actively cooperate with the Office's verification process, and if they fail to do so, the Office may treat the information provided by the member as invalid.

The Office may classify members into different levels and differentiate the usage time, usage frequency, service menus, etc.
