However, for overseas clients who find face-to-face consultations challenging, we offer online consultations through the following methods:
1. For KakaoTalk users
① Access the consultation reservation page
② Enter your local phone number that is registered with KakaoTalk.
Example: If contacting from the United States, select the international code +1 and enter your U.S. mobile number, such as 902-111-1111
③ Haeon expert will send a KakaoTalk message to the client using the provided number.
(This is to prevent inconvenience to clients due to time differences when using phone calls)
2. For non-KakaoTalk users
① Access the consultation reservation page
② Enter your email address and select email as the preferred contact method
③ A Haeon expert will send an email to the client using the provided email address.
Alternatively, you may send a direct inquiry email to hmchang@haeontax.com.
3. International phone call:
You may directly contact Haeon at +82 2 2039 1571. However, please note that international call charges may apply to the client, and there might be delays in response due to time differences. Therefore, we kindly request that you preferably use KakaoTalk or email for inquiries.
